CATERING INSTRUCTIONS
REMOVE ALL ITEMS FROM REFRIGERATION APPROX 30 MINS BEFORE USE TO ALLOW THEM TO BECOME ROOM TEMPERATURE BEFORE RE-HEATING
BAKED CLAMS
-remove tray top
-cook for 10 minutes on LOW BROIL
-cook on MIDDLE SHELF
LASAGNA
-pre-heat oven to 375 on BAKE
-cook for 45 mins
-add cheese for the final 5 minutes
RE-HEATING: (for x-mas eve or x-mas day)
Pre-heat oven to 350 on BAKE
Peel back one corner slightly on each tray to create a vent
Heat for 20-25 minutes (look for bubbling)
For items with melted cheese, remove the top for the last 5 minutes of cooking and spread cheese on top to melt
REMOVE FROM OVEN AND STIR BEFORE SERVING (pasta)
DENSER ITEMS MAY TAKE LONGER TO COOK
**EXTRA SAUCE IS ALWAYS BETTER HEATED ON A STOVE BURNER**
